Our aim is not to make everyone believe our words. Rather our aim is to show them what the Scriptures say and to let them make an informed decision.
It is only God who can speak to the hearts of people - not us. We just need to deliver the message correctly, pray much and let God do the rest.
If we try to change others to be like us we will only cause strife, trouble and disagreements amongst ourselves. Christ wants us to be more like Him, not more like each other.
Every Christian should seek to do their best for Christ, reach the lost and help other Christians grow.
We read in the Bible:
"Let us not be weary in well doing ... As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith." Galatians 6:9, 10
Who is the household of faith? Us! All your brothers and sisters in Christ around the world! Realizing this we should realize that we are to do good to everyone, BUT especially to our brothers and sisters in Christ. How can we do good to them?
Well, we can encourage them! How?
