It doesn't matter what the occasion may be, a birthday, wedding anniversary, new baby ... you can encourage someone!

Very often at occasions like this we send a card ( and present) to let the person know we are thinking about them - why not add something extra to that card, like a Bible verse - something that would encourage a believer? It will show them that you aren't just sending a card because everyone else does. You have actually taken the time to search out a verse to cheer them. The Bible is full of verses! God has many wonderful promises in it; it's not hard to find suitable verses! Pray about it too!
